2012 Goals

While I have no intentions of stopping my 5 monthly goals, I thought it would be a good idea to come up with a few extra year-long goals.  None of this is particularly life-altering or world-changing, but it’s all personal things that I would really like to achieve this year.  So my 2012 goals are:

1. Update Mint once a month

2. Read 60 books

3. Complete everything on my house list (coming this week!)

4. Take two trips to see friends

5. Work on accepting things as they are and not worrying over things I can’t change or do over.

See, nothing special. 🙂  What are your 2012 goals?

My 2012 goals mostly involve library school: to improve my time management skills, appreciate the opportunity I have to go to library school (this appreciation being lost frequently last term thanks to stress), and do the best I can at co-chairing my Librarians Without Borders group…I’m sure there are more but that’s all I can think of for now 😀

Those sound like great goals! We could all use a little more appreciation in our lives; it frequently gets lost when stress levels rise, so I find this goal admirable. Good luck!

I’m hoping to make some sort of road trip this summer to see several people – you included!

#4… i vote for Georgia. Or possibly pick me up in Georgia on your way to Ohio. Or *hopefully* I’ll be back in Alabama by then and I can just come visit you in your nifty big-girl house!!
