Today I’m linking up with SnoWhite over at Finding Joy in My Kitchen to share my favorite bread recipes from this year.
2011 was a good year in terms of bread for me. I branched out a little and tried a few new sandwich bread recipes and I continued on my quest to not buy and eat store-bought bread. While that part wasn’t a complete success, I think I did a really good job of trying to eat foods (well breads at least!) where I know every ingredient. Below are some of my favorites from this year.

So tasty toasted with spread honey (or whatever the not liquid stuff is called lol). Too bad library school keeps me too busy to bake 🙁
