Mom cleaned out the fridge today, so I still don’t have a picture. Oh well. Maybe next week I’ll finally get a picture of our food waste.
This week we wasted:
- 3 slices of canned pineapple
- A serving or so of Asian Slaw
The pineapple had been in there for a while. I don’t even remember why we needed canned pineapple. Asian slaw is great, but it doesn’t keep for very long. If you are planning on making it, make sure you can eat it all in a few days because it won’t be good after a few days. How did you do this week?
