…you’re supposed to make lemonade, right?
Clearly that wasn’t the case this week. I zested three lemons for some recipe (can’t remember which…oh yeah, these muffins – which were super good by the way) and meant to make some salad dressing with the juice, but, alas, I forgot. And the three lemons went bad. I did use part of the lemons so can I really say I wasted them? And I cut two of them up and sent them down the garbage disposal to make it smell all nice and fresh. So I really only wasted the juice.
As for what’s in the tupperware, well that’s waste. I never got around to eating the rest before I went out of town and by the time I came back, the zucchini were awfully wilted. It was an excellent dish and one I’ll make again, just when I can eat the whole thing and not have half of it go to waste.
