A Handwriting Meme

in i am random, my awesome friends

Cate tagged me in her version of this on Friday, and I thought it was so interesting!  Like so many other things (like my strange interest in what other people are eating for dinner), handwriting is something I’m nosy about.  I’m not sure if I believe that your handwriting shows who you are, but I really like looking at how other people form their letters, whether they print or write in cursive, how big they write, etc.

I’m sure I’m not the only person out there who is nosy like this (please tell me I’m not!), so I’m showing you my handwriting by answering these questions:

1. What’s your name/your blogger name?
2. What’s your blog’s name/URL?
3. Write “the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog”.
4. Favorite quote?
5. Favorite song?
6. Favorite band/singers?
7. Anything else you want to say?
8. Tag three to five other people.
(You may need to click it to make it bigger.  Blogger posts pictures really small.)
I’m tagging Christine of Christine’s Little Blog, Reese of The DIY Nearlywed, and Ashley of False Dandelions.

What do you think of my handwriting?  If you decide to do this, put your URL in the comments!

Crap. You guys need to stop posting this. I'm doing a "pay it forward" thing on Facebook, and I'm doing something with the handwriting stuff 😀

But I love that you tagged me… so I'll do it this week 😉

BTW Your handwriting is fabulous.

BTWx2 Sugarland always played at Jubilee Days in Laramie, WY when I lived there. I'm not a fan, but I appreciate them as a band!

Your handwriting actually looks exactly how I expected it would! I'm not sure why…it just seems very "you." 🙂

And I'm super nosy about all kinds of things, including people's handwriting, so don't worry. You're not the only one!

@Reese Please do it! I think it's so fun! And thanks for thinking my handwriting is fabulous. I tried to not to write like I was trying if that makes any sense at all. So this is what my handwriting looks like everyday.

@Cate Thanks! I don't know why it does look like me…but I'm glad it does! I think yours does as well. Glad to know I'm not the only nosy one out there. Maybe that's why we like blogs so much?

This is a smart blog. I mean it. You’ve so much knowledge about this issue, and so much passion. You also understand how to make people rally behind it, obviously from the responses. You’ve got a style right here that’s not too flashy, but makes a statement as large as what you are saying. Great job, indeed.
