This is a big week. Why? Because in four days I’m leaving for my beach vacation and in 5 days it’s the start of football season!! (“It’s the most wonderful time of the year…”) Big weeks call for great meals.
Saturday: Out with my cousin
Monday: Breaded shrimp sandwiches, fries, tomato basil salad (recipe coming tomorrow!)
Wednesday: Pasta with pesto
Friday: Off to the beach! I’m sure we’ll be eating at The Red Bar. 🙂
Breakfasts are toast with jam and yogurt parfaits. Lunches are leftovers so my fridge will be nice and empty before my trip.
