I’m gone to the beach this weekend to celebrate the first weekend of football season (and some holiday called Labor Day 😉 ) but I’ll be back sometime Tuesday afternoon/evening. Which means I’m writing this post on Thursday and I really don’t know what I’m going to feel like making. But, I’m going to try. 🙂
Sunday: At the beach so TBD (snacks for the beach include bacon cheddar dip and chips, blueberry muffins, and an amazing chocolate cake that I should probably post the recipe for)
Monday: At the beach so TBD
Tuesday: Arriving home from the beach so something easy from the freezer
Wednesday: Seared chicken with cherry tomato pan sauce, sauteed zucchini
Thursday: Baked orzo with fontina and peas (Cookbook of the week: Giada’s Kitchen)
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Homemade pizza (or maybe this recipe?)
