Happy Halloween everyone! Are you ready for the trick-or-treaters tonight? Planning any great costumes? I’m boring this year (big surprise) and not dressing up nor did I go to any parties this weekend. But I am hoping to see a few great costumes at my door tonight!
This week is pretty easy meal-plan wise, thanks to my organized freezer that is demanding I eat from it. 🙂 What’s on your menu this week?
Sunday: I was supposed to make lentil soup, but I ate too many cookies so that didn’t happen. 🙂
Monday: Lemon chicken with broccoli
Tuesday: Baked orzo from the freezer
Wednesday: Leftover chicken and broccoli, roasted potatoes
Thursday: Out of town for a conference
Friday: Takeout or something else easy
Saturday: To be determined. I’ll be at my parents trying not to have a nervous breakdown over the super bowl of college football.
Breakfasts are cinnamon apple banana bread, toast, and yogurt. Lunches are soup, sandwiches, and leftovers as necessary.
