Lately I’ve felt so disorganized. With the wedding last weekend, getting sick this past week, and getting behind on my Christmas stuff, I’m feeling incredibly chaotic. My mom and I have decided to keep Christmas Day (hosted at her house) very simple so I’m going with that mantra for this week too. The plan is to keep it simple and enjoy this time.
Sunday: Dinner with parents – chicken soup
Monday: Holiday dinner with friends
Tuesday: Bible study
Wednesday: Gnocchi with squash and spinach
Thursday: Vegetable and cheese frittata
Friday: Leftovers or out with friends
Saturday: Christmas Eve! Dinner with my parents
