I’ve somehow managed to commit myself to only being home for dinner 2 nights this week. I love it when I make plans without checking my calendar, don’t you? But life will go on, even if I’m doing all that much cooking. 🙂
Sunday: Friends over for dinner! I served sausage and lentil soup and Olive Garden breadsticks
Monday: IT’S THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!! ROLL TIDE!!!!!!! I’m eating with my parents. I’ll be too nervous to cook. 🙂
Tuesday: Bible study (dinner is provided)
Wednesday: Dinner with a family friend and my mom
Thursday: Black beans and rice with apple salsa
Friday and Saturday: At a friend’s bachelorette party
Breakfasts this week are homemade breakfast sandwiches and banana chocolate chip muffins. Desserts are butterscotch blondies.
