I’m trying here. I’m really trying. Trying to cook, trying to stick to my goals, trying not to give up.
Here’s my plan for dinner this week:
Sunday: Chicken spaghetti at my parents’
Monday: Dinner out with friends
Tuesday: Rice and black beans with apple salsa
Wednesday: Sauteed chicken with brown butter and sage, roasted potatoes and broccoli
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Garlic-herb pasta
Lunches are leftovers, and then sandwiches or soup and crackers if needed. If I get around to it, I’d like to make these cranberry bran muffins for breakfast. If not, well, I guess I’m eating cereal. 🙂
