I’m suffering from a major case of writer’s block at the moment, so instead of writing some long drawn out story about my weekend (which was fairly boring and involved the Glee marathon and vacuuming), I’m going to ask you to share my menu plan and ask you to tell me about your weekend. I’m sure yours was way better than mine!
Saturday – Potato soup, cheesy garlic bread swirls
Sunday – Mushroom and spinach pasta
Monday – leftovers
Tuesday – Chicken with breadcrumbs, roasted potatoes, broccoli
Wednesday -TBD (I have a friend coming for dinner)
Thursday – Baked ziti (my dad is coming to dinner)

I need to do a better job of meal planning. (read: actually start)
This week I intend to make potato/cauliflower soup. Something with chicken thighs (maybe chicken pot pie), something with sausage. I just imported a TON of recipes into Say Mmm because that website is amazing (and free! though I'm seriously tempted to get the premium) and I think it'll help me. We shall see ^_^
My weekend is Thursday/Friday and pretty much lazed around the house all weekend other than a dinner out with friends. I'm now regretting that as I look at Mt. Washmore sitting in my room >.<
