The whole family was out of town this weekend so we decided to keep this week’s menu plan very easy since we weren’t able to do our usual Friday grocery store run. Everyone’s going to pitching in with the cooking so I don’t get too stressed out. This week we are having:
Sunday: Chinese Takeout
Monday: Leftover Chinese takeout
Tuesday: Broccoli and Pasta tossed with olive oil and garlic
Wednesday: Crock-Pot Pot Roast
Thursday: Grilled Chicken, Sauteed Squash and Zucchini, Sliced Tomatoes and Cucumbers
