One wedding down, two more to go this year. I’m just telling myself I can make it over and over again.
One of my goals this month was to eat from the freezer and pantry, so I’m focusing on that this week. I have some toiletries and a few dry goods that need to be bought, but other than that, no real groceries. I should come in nice and cheap this week.
Sunday: Potatoes and Zucchini with Parmesan, sauteed squash, cornbread (I visited a farmer’s market on the way home!)
Monday: Quick Caprese Quinoa (bumped from last week)
Tuesday: Pasta with pesto (new recipe to use up the spinach in my fridge)
Wednesday: Chicken turnovers (using mozzarella instead)
Thursday: Out celebrating the release of Harry Potter!!! And my friend’s birthday. 🙂
Friday: Spinach white pizza
Saturday: Leftovers
