Nothing overly exciting this week…I’m still working on cleaning out my freezer and panty. I’ve got a long way to go, but as I’m only one person I shouldn’t expect rapid progress, right? I didn’t even buy groceries this week, so I could challenge myself to rely on what I have.
Okay, I did got to the farmer’s market, but that’s different. I think.
Sunday: Hamburger, roasted potatoes, green beans
Monday: Chicken parmesan (using pasta, tomato sauce, and chicken nuggets)
Tuesday: Lentil soup over rice (using canned lentil soup and rice)
Wednesday: Pasta with vegetables (using pasta, tomato sauce, and frozen vegetables)
Friday: Leftovers or a frozen dinner
Saturday: Out of town for a friend‘s wedding
Breakfasts are blueberry pound cake, lunches are leftovers, and snacks are peaches from the farmer’s market!
