Mondays…they always seem to sneak up on you, don’t they? Your week is just coasting along beautifully, and then BOOM! it’s Monday again. And Monday means it’s time for another menu plan.
I’m excited about this week’s menu plan. I’ve got two new recipes to try, the chicken Florentine and the new chicken tenders. I have some sweet potatoes languishing in the pantry that need to be used up, so I thought I would try a slightly different take on roasted sweet potatoes.
This was the first time I ever attempted baguettes and I was fairly pleased at the way they came out. Not quite as light and airy on the inside as I would have liked, but they had a great crispy crust. I will definitely be making them again!
