I love Herbs de Provence as spices — I've only ever used it in soup … might have to try that chicken.
That herbes de Provence chicken does look wonderful! I'm planning to make my own herbes de Provence blend this year, and I've been on the lookout for different types of recipes to use it in. Thanks!
Rachel Ray has a really great chicken soup recipe that uses herbs de Provence to great effect. I've been cooking it for a while and its super yummy. I like to let it cook longer than the recipe calls for, but either way its a great way to use the herb mix.
