This weekend we ate:
Saturday: Pork Tenderloin, Rice Pilaf, Roasted Asparagus
Sunday: Pasta with Mom’s Homemade Sauce
On the menu for this week:
Tuesday: Herb Chicken, Polenta with Spinach*
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Gnocchi Florentine
