How was your weekend? I had a nice, relaxing weekend and did lots of baking. I didn’t do as much cleaning as I should, but baking takes so much time! lol
I had some good luck couponing this weekend too. I usually try to get everything I need at the grocery store, but I had a 20% off coupon and $2.50 worth of ExtraBucks at CVS so I was able to get something like $16 worth of stuff for $10. Love when that happens!
Anyway…on the menu for this week:
Sunday
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: bread, cheese, fruit
Monday
Lunch: sandwich, hummus and chips
Dinner: butter chicken over rice
Tuesday
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Bible Study
Wednesday
Lunch: sandwich, hummus and chips
Dinner: Patty melts, fries
Thursday
Lunch: frozen dinner
Dinner: quinoa-spinach mac and cheese, salad
Friday
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: leftovers
Saturday

Dinner: breakfast for dinner
I haven’t done a Menu Plan Monday post lately, because I’m not sure if it’s really worthwhile. I’d appreciate if you answer the poll below and help me decide if I should keep posting these or not. If you have any other thoughts, leave them in the comments!

Do you skip breakfast? I love smoothies for breakfast…a little bit of cooked oatmeal, yogurt, banana, some other fresh or frozen fruit, kale, honey, ice, flax seeds, almonds usually although you can find lots of recipes on pinterest— really helps my day.
No, I don’t but I don’t plan breakfasts. If I happen to make muffins or banana bread or something over the weekend, I’ll eat that, but if not, I usually eat a frozen breakfast sandwich or get something at work.
I voted, but I’m going to give my 2 cents here, too: I *love* Meal Plan Monday and would *love* if you’d do it every week. I like looking at the food plans of my favorite bloggers (like you, thefrugalgirl, and others that I can’t think of at the moment) for inspiration for my own meal plans!!
I ditto Amber’s comment. I also want to add that while I answered every week, it should be more those weeks your feel like sharing.
Also I love your Monday dinner. We do that occasionally. A nice crusty bread with provolone and grapes…and white wine.
