If you’ve been following my on Twitter, then you know I’m heading to the beach today. I’ve got some short posts lined up for tomorrow and Friday and some great ideas stewing for next week.

You should also be incredibly impressed (I know I was); I’ve already planned my menu for next week AND made a grocery list. My mother has offered to go to the store for me (isn’t she the best?) so I’ll come home on Sunday to a stocked refrigerator, and hopefully rested and ready for a great week. I haven’t written the blog post yet, but I have to have something to stress about Sunday night, right?
