in blogs, links ahoy, weekly wanderings

Food:

Lemon Raspberry Cake

Cinnamon Roll Pulls

Chocolate Chips Streusel Bread

Chocolate Caramel Shortbread

Everything Else:

Facebook Updates I Don’t Want to Read – I almost fell out of my chair laughing at this.  I feel the same way and would also like to add please stop complaining about your various maladies; I could care less.

First World Problems – A beautiful post reminding us to be grateful that we live in America and only have first world problems.

Feel the Love – Finally a supportive article (and critical of those who have been critical in the news lately) of romance novels and their readers.

Why Christians Are Not the Boss of Marriage – Read this.  Please.  My favorite line? “The fact is, you don’t have to be a Christian to love someone, to be able to make a vow and keep it, to sign a contract or to even have a child. Marriage is not a Christian institution, it’s a human one. Therefore, it ought also to be a human right to be able to get married. Christians don’t get to make the rules for all humans, any more than Buddhists or Muslims do.”

I know! I seem to have a knack for finding delicious cakes and breads.

It’s no wonder my pants are feeling a little snug. 🙂

I may or may not have pinned everything that you posted today.

And I may cry because of it 😉

If eat all of this, I WILL cry. Both from happiness and because I won’t fit into my clothes any more.
