I’m not really big on seasonal decorating outside of Christmas, but this year I decided to step it up just a little. Last year I decorated mainly with live pumpkins, but after a minor disaster with some mold, I decided to skip that this go-round.
My decorations are nothing fancy. Compared to what else is out there on the internet, they’re downright boring. But I like simple decorations, mostly because Caty Cat likes to knock things over and eat fake plants.
I have a few other Halloween odds and ends scattered around the house, but this year I tried to mainly focus on fall stuff so that I could leave it up until Thanksgiving.
I’m itching to do some gardening. My begonia from the spring is still thriving, but my front door needs some color. I found these container ideas from Southern Living. I like the first one; what do you think?
Do you decorate your house seasonally? Do you go all out for Halloween or are you more of a fall person?

You have excellent taste! Sometimes less is more. I especially like the Wicked letters.
Thanks! I love random finds at HomeGoods. 🙂
