Don’t you love it when you plan your menu so carefully and buy exactly what you need then suddenly your week gets all messed up?  Yeah, me neither.  But that’s okay.  I’ll just have less to buy next week!

Sunday: French Lentil Soup (cookbook of the week: The Bon Appétit Cookbook: Fast, Easy, Fresh), cornbread

Monday: Leftovers from the weekend

Tuesday: Leftover lentil soup over rice, crusty bread

Wednesday: Dinner with friends

Thursday: Weight Watchers’s Chicken fingers and potatoes

Friday: Tilapia with caper-parsley sauce, roasted potatoes

Saturday: Gameday and an engagement party

I repinned your tilapia recipe:) I have a jar of capers that needs to be eaten and we love tilapia!

I’m very excited about the recipe. I always seem to have capers and parsley on hand so it seems like a great way to use them up!
