Howdy! How was your weekend? Do anything fun? I watched football, worked in the garden, and went to the grocery story. Exciting stuff, right?
This week is a little busier than usual, so I’ve planned only a few meals and I’m trying to eat from the fridge and freezer. And I’m finally going to get around to eating that crunchy chicken. I think.
Sunday: Crock Pot Creamy Tortellini Soup, French bread
Monday: Pasta with pesto
Tuesday: Leftovers before a friend’s orchestra concert
Wednesday: Work meeting where dinner is provided
Thursday: Crunchy Garlic Chicken, Roasted broccoli
Friday: Out for an engagement party
Saturday: TBD because my friend Ashley is coming to visit!

I am so adding that tortellini soup to my stack of “to-try” recipes. I’m salivating reading the recipe!
It was tasty. I ended up adding more seasonings that it called for (specifically lots more salt and pepper) and using a cheese and garlic tortellini. I think that made a big difference; might have been bland otherwise.
