I’m still sick. Sigh. This is the longest I’ve had a sinus infection linger in a long time. Nothing seems to be working and I feel so gross. So forgive me for this super short post. Hope you are having a fabulous Monday!!
Sunday: Pasta with pesto
Monday: Mushroom and gruyere pizza (bumped from last week)
Tuesday: Chicken and sun-dried tomato pasta bake (also bumped from last week)
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Chicken in lemon-herb pan sauce, broccoli
Friday: Clean out the fridge night
Saturday: TBD
Lunches are soup, sandwiches, and leftovers as needed. Breakfasts are apple cranberry muffins (these are delicious!). Desserts and snacks are rice krispy treats and caramel cashew bars.

I need to get goin on some recipes for Thanksgiving soon. I’m bringing Olive Garden breadsticks to a Thanksgiving gathering with friends on the 23. Then bringing a stollen to Thanksgiving. And cranberry sauce. Annnnd bread sticks. It’s going to be a carb loaded week next week. And on Friday? I’m bringing cinnamon rolls up to the water park for my family to enjoy as we celebrate my new body. CARBS ARE WONDERFULLLL ;p
Carbs are delicious. Always eat more carbs.
