Last week I did a major clean out of my refrigerator and tossed a lot of stuff. This week, though I did really well using things from the freezer and eating my leftovers, two things still got away from me.
On the right is some black bean salsa leftover from when I had my best friends in town and on the left is some vegetables that I really just didn’t want to eat. I cooked too many to begin with and something about microwaved squash isn’t appealing to me.
