I’m so freaking excited about this week’s menu that I can barely stand it. All I want to do is eat and cook. Which is pretty much all I did this weekend!
So let’s just get right to it, shall we?
Saturday: Crispy honey-lime tilapia, roasted broccoli
Sunday: Dinner at my parents – grilled chicken, green beans, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, and brownies with homemade ice cream and homemade dulce de leche
Monday: Pasta with pesto (possible pesto cream sauce if I’m feeling like a fatty)
Tuesday: Tofu fried rice
Wednesday: Dinner with a friend
Thursday: Corn and potato hash, scrambled eggs
Friday: Leftovers
Breakfasts are blueberry oat bread or (store-bought) breakfast sandwiches. Lunches are leftovers or sandwiches. Dessert is oreo pudding cookies.
Go ahead and say it. I know I’m a fat kid. 🙂
